I. Overview
The small aerosol fire extinguishing system is a new environmentally friendly fire protection product with world-leading technology. It is a new high-tech green firefighting product further developed on the basis of the third-generation S-type aerosol.

1Product Features


(1) Eco-friendly Product: Excellent cleanliness, with an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 0.
(2) Stainless Steel and Aluminum Alloy Cylinders: Corrosion-resistant, stored at normal pressure, leak-proof, and low maintenance.
(3) Certification: Passed fire extinguishing tests and certification by the National Fixed Firefighting Systems and Fire-resistant Components Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.
(4) No Residue After Extinguishing: Releases aerosol particles smaller than 2 microns after activation, which disperse easily in the air. The particulate matter released is even less than the dust that naturally settles in a closed computer room over a month.
(5) Compact Size: Reduces the size and weight by up to 90% compared to other fire extinguishing systems, not occupying space in the protected area.
(6) Easy Installation: No need for high-pressure containers or complex piping networks, saving space and installation costs.

2The small aerosol series fire extinguishing systems are suitable for fighting the following types of fires:

Working Principle

 

  1. E (Electric Activation) Model Operating Principle: The fire alarm controller or gas fire extinguishing control detects the fire signal. When a fire is detected, it outputs a start signal to the small aerosol series fire extinguishing device. After receiving the start signal, the fire extinguishing agent inside the device is activated, rapidly generating nano-sized aerosol fire extinguishing agents, which are then sprayed out for quick fire suppression.

 

2 TH (Thermocouple Activation) Model Operating Principle: When the ambient temperature reaches the activation temperature of the thermosensitive wire in the small aerosol series fire extinguishing device or when the thermosensitive wire comes into contact with open flames, it is activated to start the fire extinguishing device. The device rapidly generates nano-sized aerosol fire extinguishing agents and sprays them out for quick fire suppression.

 

3 ST (Striking Activation) Model Operating Principle: When the ambient temperature reaches the activation temperature of the temperature-sensing element in the small aerosol series fire extinguishing device, the element is activated to start the fire extinguishing device. The device rapidly generates nano-sized aerosol fire extinguishing agents and sprays them out for quick fire suppression.

4 Wiring Instructions: The red and blue wires are the activation wires, and the black wire is for feedback.

 

Mechanical Temperature-Sensitive Magnetic Generator Activation Model Operating Principle: When the small aerosol series fire extinguishing device reaches the activation temperature, the fusible alloy melts and falls, generating an electrical pulse start signal to activate the fire extinguishing device. At the same time, it can transmit the activation signal to the monitoring host, outputting the start feedback signal. Once activated, the device rapidly generates nano-sized aerosol fire extinguishing agents and sprays them out for quick fire suppression.

 

Wiring Instructions:

  1. The first type of mechanical temperature-sensitive magnetic generator activation element base has 4 terminals in the center. The terminals marked with “+” and “-” are for connecting the activation power supply wires. The two middle terminals are for the activation feedback output. The feedback device remains open at normal temperature, with a resistance greater than 100MΩ.
  2. The second type of mechanical temperature-sensitive magnetic generator activation element base has 4 terminals in two colors. The blue terminal is for connecting the activation power supply wires, and the green terminal is for the activation feedback output. The feedback device remains open at normal temperature, with a resistance greater than 100MΩ.

IV. Unboxing Inspection

  1. The unboxing inspection should be carried out according to the "Packing List" to check if the accompanying documentation and accessories are complete. If there are any issues, please contact the supplier.
  2. Check whether the device has a "Product Certificate of Conformity." If this certificate is missing, please contact the distributor as soon as possible and do not use the device without it.

V. Installation and Commissioning

  1. Installation Requirements for Small Aerosol Series Fire Extinguishing Devices
    (1) The installation of the product is not affected by its height or position.
    (2) No other objects should cover the product.
    (3) The product should not be installed near air intake or exhaust vents, doors, windows, or other exits.
    (4) The product should not be installed in areas prone to rain, water splashing, or flooding.

 Usage and Operation Precautions 

·  Before installing the small aerosol series fire extinguishing device, carefully read the user manual. If there are any questions, please promptly consult our technical staff .

·  The installation and commissioning of the small aerosol series fire extinguishing device must be carried out by professionally trained personnel.

·  The small aerosol series fire extinguishing device should not be moved casually after installation.

·  In case of fire, personnel on-site must evacuate immediately, ensuring that doors and windows are closed as much as possible during evacuation.

·  After the expiration date, the user unit should contact the supplier for replacement and retrieval.

·  After discharge, if the device needs to be removed shortly, wear heat-resistant gloves to avoid burns.

·  The small aerosol series fire extinguishing device should not be disassembled during or after its service life to prevent accidents.

·  The sealing membrane inside the nozzle should not be punctured under any circumstances, as it will affect the product's service life and the customer will be responsible. The company will not be liable.

VII. Transportation and Storage


During transportation, protect the product from rain, moisture, and handle it with care.
Storage should be in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse.
